The Analytics of Software, GAmes And Repository Data (ASGAARD) lab In our lab, we study how we can leverage data analytics techniques to improve the user-perceived quality of software in a cost-effective manner. We develop methods and tools that (1) help us understand how end users perceive various kinds of software, such as games and mobile apps, and (2) help leverage this understanding to improve the user-perceived quality of software, e.g., by designing better tests and making better decisions about the evolution of software.
Located on the University of Alberta campus The ASGAARD lab is part of the Electrical and Computer Engineering department of the University of Alberta. We are located in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Research Facility (ECERF) building on the University of Alberta campus in the beautiful city of Edmonton.
